I'm planning on joining Salesforce soon, and the stock has dropped significantly since I accepted the offer. Do you know when the number of RSUs gets calculated? I'm hoping it's not some 60-day trailing average since it's around the 52-week low these days. Also, does Salesforce refresh if the stock tanks?

How is monetary equity value converted to a number of Restricted Stock
Unit shares?
The number of RSU shares is calculated as follows:
Number of RSU shares = Grant value in USD divided by the average closing
sale price of one share of Salesforce (CRM) common stock as reported on the
New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) during the two calendar months preceding
the month in which the RSUs are granted.
Example: If shares are granted in May, the average closing sale price for the
months of March and April will be used to calculate the share price used to
calculate the total RSU shares.
Can you provide the breakdown of your offer? and exact location if possible?
