#layoffs GoPro is reducing their workforce yet again in a big way to start off the new year. How soon till GoPro goes under do you think? Also anyone here affected by this?
Any idea what percentage of the workforce they are looking to reduce?
They're a product not a company. That's the issue. They're not going under but they'll be small. Probably gonna get acquired by Samsung or something
Not to be a jerk, but just curious, is it a good time to buy go pro stock, stock has always risen when layoffs is done
They're gonna get slaughtered by Xiaomi / Yi. I bet they'll get bought out for their brand alone and disappear.
Would not doubt it, or DJI
I bought a Yi camera and for the price, it's amazing!

Layoff means good for stock in short term. At least that's what I've seen with jcpenny and sears.
There is no need for their product. I always just record with my phone when I'm doing something x-treme. The beer is in my other hand.
Will there be sales on the HERO6? I want to get one to capture some Tahoe memories, but I’m still uneasy about what happened to Schumacher.
Overdue
Classic failure to inovate and dropped to ustoo execution.
