accounting at google

Long shot here as most are either engineers or product people, but a relative has just started talking to Google about a position on the accounting team. No specific product group has been identified yet but it will be based in Mountain View or Sunnyvale (i know Sunnyvale is likely GCP) Does anyone know approx TC for Senior Manager level and/or work life balance? Thanks!
