Was wondering if others have run into similar convos with MS recruiters: - Refusing to send any numbers over email (for "legal reasons"), all our convos are over the phone - Annual performance bonus is included in tc (even though the exact percentage/amount isn't guaranteed) - Down leveling position from 63 to 62. Makes sense, appreciate the advice. Have one offer that is higher than MS, but it's not with a FAANG. Will try to swing with that to get the recruiter to go higher, but not sure if it'll help.
