Posting for a friend here - he got an offer from Teladoc. How does the title and level work there? Are title there more like banking, with tons of VPs? TC ~290k
I doubt they’re like banking where newborns are managing directors.
They seem pretty generous with titles - they so many people at VP level that it’s unbelievable
I wouldn't be focused on a title. Focus more on what the role is and what you will be doing and make sure you are compensated for it. Your title means nothing in the grand scheme of things. Some people get so caught up in that.
