Passed the tech onsite rounds. There will be a further 2 rounds to cultural tech fit rounds. It seems Airbnb rejects a lot of candidate from these rounds. Any tips?
Follow up - Is it a good time to join Airbnb? Even 4/5 years ago they were a great place to be in - heard a lot of good things about their culture. But then they had gained a lot of negative attention due to the covid layoffs. I have around 7 yoe. I am looking for something stable and want to spend (atleast) the next 5-6 yrs of my career at one place.

- First, make sure you understand the Airbnb values mentioned on their website clearly and have relevant examples for each.
- When they ask you a question, they expect your answer to highlight the above mentioned principles, even through they do not tell you that explicitly. So make sure all your examples are in line with the values.
- Also they ask you how Airbnb achieves or embodies the values or what people like about Airbnb in general. So make sure to go through their website and see recent examples of their work in various parts of the world and understand enough to be able to vomit it back out to the interviewer.
