MSFT hrweb says that you are eligible for annual rewards if I leave company on or after June 30..
Hypothetically say I leave the company on July 2nd … when will I be getting the cash rewards paid out? Immediately after I leave or on Sep 15th?
Does leaving before rewards discussion with manager have negative affect on rewards received?
I don’t want to take a chance of effecting my cash bonus amount.. so should I leave on or after Aug 31 correct?
