is salesforce still actively hiring?

my wife is in need of a job, and she saw a non tech role that just opened up at quip (~5 days ago)

can anyone confirm that there is no freeze? and if anyone at sfdc or quip would consider referring, lmk! can send resume first and chat about the role. would really appreciate it!
