Tell me about the time when you wanted to Dive Deep but your manager told you to be Bias for Action and Deliver Results, and your teammates was having a Backbone and Disagreed with everything you said, at the same time your skip level manager demanded that everyone be Frugal with the budget, and the director complained that nobody Think Big in his org. Were you able to Earn anybody's Trust, or you just cried in the office?
Lots of "tell me about a time you failed to ........" Coming from someone who has access to all of their interview questions, just emphasize on telling your problem solving stores, and how they apply to LPs. When your brain in fried toward the end of loop....don't say I dunno. Try to come up with something even if the answer doesn't apply to the questions 100%.
