couldnt clear amazon phone interview 2 weeks back, but a new alexa recruiter reached me, wouldnt he know my earlier interview result, or it doesnt matter
As long as you dont do extremely poor you always have another shot. Internally the interviewer has a choice to mark you as a strong no hire and essentially blacklist you, but that is extremly rare. But keep in mind that interviewer can read your past interview feedback, so make sure you try to do your best so they dont get a bias.
Amazon recruiters broadcast emails to folks without knowing anything. It's only if you respond back and they attempt setting something up they will see you just applied already.

I'm ex-amazon btw. Recruiter pinged me on LinkedIn for the SAME team I was already on when in Amazon. Maybe things have improved lately ... But was not the case when I was there.
I think it’s ok. As long as you are not marked strong no hire you are ok. In my 100+ interviews there has so far been only 1 strong no hire because that guy was totally useless and also sounded borderline sexist.
what do you mean by 'he was completely useless'? did he replied 'I dont know to every question'?
