any tips on research manager interview process at FB?
Anyone has recent experience interviewing at FB for research manger position? Any coding session? System design? It takes a long time to get interview scheduled. Thanks!
No coding or system design required for a product research manager role. My process took 2.5 months. But once you finish your onsite (30 min preso + 4 standard 1:1s), the decision is quick.

How many years of management experience do you have? Have you worked at a startup ?
4 yrs, managing a team with >10 researchers and engineers, no startup experience. Does it matter?
