Hi,
My H1B visa did not get picked in this year’s lottery. I am in a situation to travel from US to India for an emergency. If a second lottery happens this year in June/July to fill the year’s cap, will this international travel affect my H1B visa application?
PS: Currently on STEM OPT visa.
