apple hardware offer evaluation
Recruiter asked for expectation, I used the glassdoor average of 125 and they came back with yoe: 0 new grad 115 base/40 rsu/10 bonus What do you think? It’s low compared to software for sure. I don’t have any competing offers.
Looks a bit on the low side but given the yoe might be right calibrated. Can probably negotiate more stocks ...

They could bump it to 50k RSU. Otherwise it’s the standard recommended offer.
This is for SEG right? You can push base to 120, bonus to 40~50.
ok thanks y’all. I accepted. I just wanted to know if I was getting lowballed. I didn’t have negotiation power and couldn’t get it up. All in all though, I’m a happy camper. Now let’s see if there’s any truth to this Apple hate.
Hey OP! What offer did you except? How much stocks per year? Or your TC? What is the level you got? ICT3 or ICT2?
