hello whats is the cool off period for apple? if i fail the interview, how much time do i have for second attempt? Also, is manager1 considered above ict4?

It’s team dependent. If a team feels you are a good candidate then you can interview right away. Not sure what the cool off looks like if you reapply to a certain team
