Which large tech companies you think will last 20+ years?
Both are good choices. I've heard really good things about Asana in terms of culture and personal growth.
Remember "culture" is subjective and includes a lot of different things. One person's definition of a "good culture" might be mediocre for someone else. For someone that has worked in the Operations at the company, it is a typical SF company with typical issues and company operational issues. Good and smart people overall. Just be ready to be challenged - be in the office and deal with some sometimes weird reporting structure issues with the "AOR" system. If you are a typical millennial, you'll fit right in!
Yes
Not sure about Airtable but have heard amazing things about Asana.
What are the things you've heard?

OP - what did you end up choosing and why?
Any thoughts about Monday.com regarding product, company culture, etc?
Israel culture, and marketing and promotion heavy.
Boooo monday.com
Where did you end up going ?
You can’t go wrong with either but prefer airtable for growth
