Hey folks,
I've started a new role recently (through H1-B transfer) and the PERM process is about to start for the first time. Main hiring org is in San Jose, but willing to work from Hillsboro location due to family constraints. Will be travelling to San Jose only when physical presence required in lab.
How is PERM processed in such case, where I am telecommunicating? Are there certain risks involved? Anyone got there PERM approved from such remote work location?

PERM location selection may have long term implications in your case.
I am still trying to understand the risks, if any, that would occur in long term.
My attorneys have not clearly spoken about it.
