aws offer of $500k TC - is it L6 or L7?
Got an AWS offer of Sr Prac Mgr with a TC of $500k with $155 base and 370 RSUs. Can you assess if it is a low L7 vs. high L6? the recruiter wont clarify.

L7 interviews are usually handled by a different recruiting teams. Mostly, even on the first contact, the recruiter already identifies himself as a recruiter for Principal roles.
BTW, I was assuming that was an engineering position. Not sure if it is the same thing for non-engineering roles.
What’s does a practice manager do ? Is this part of pre or post sales customer relationship management ?
Current level at MS & location for the offer? Amazon has no refreshers during the first 4 years. Additional significant stock rewards happen through TT ratings or promos during perf reviews.
Divide your RSUs by the number of years they vest across. It’s probably not a $500k offer.
