Smellpitas reach

A possible property im looking at is across from Western Digital at McCarthy & Tasman. Anyone living near here can input on the current smell? Any improvement? How often? Level of pungent on 1-10? I've smelled it before passing by, but never lived there to know. Ive heard it's a hit miss based on the wind or temp?
