Epic Games vs Amazon offers

I am negotiating offers for Epic Games and Amazon. Senior and L5 respectively.

100k sign on
75k first year bonus guarantee
65k anniversary bonus
60k second year bonus

430k first year
330k second year
Both are variable based on quarterly bonuses
Averages to 375 both years.

Amazon L5
350 TC
160k base
185k sign on bonus.


I have E5 FB next week, with Epic being so high should I just sweeten the deal and take Epic and not deal with more LC? The LC grind is mind numbing. Would an E5 offer be that much more than 375 in Seattle?

TC drops to 220 mid year with vest cliff at MSFT.
