$174k base, $287k/4yrs RSUs front-loaded, haven't negotiated signing
-- $245k/yr even vest, $274k 1st yr with front-loaded 35% vest --

Hippo mid-level
$160k base, $360k/4yrs RSUs, haven't negotiated yet
-- $250k/yr --

Google L3
In team-matching (passed HC), won't accept unless TC > $220k, preferably $230k at least

Thoughts on each company:

Asana - Recruiter was really cagey about refresher #s, explicitly said they aren't guaranteed, so kind of hesitant because I don't want to keep hopping jobs (it's exhausting) and would rather stay at least 4 yrs but not have TC drop off a cliff yrs 3-4

currently feeling: Goog (highball) > Bolt > Asana > Hippo

YoE: 2.9 yrs
TC: $150k + paper money @ series C
