I was given a verbal offer from the recruiter as follows:
Base: 150k
Stocks: 60k over 2 years
Sign-on Bonus: 25k over 2 years
This would bring TC to $197k per year before yearly bonus. Is there room for negotiation and where would I negotiate on? Any advice on negotiation is also appreciated.
