I'm evaluating an offer from Qualcomm Bangalore and I need some help in understanding the future prospects in terms of TC. I'm already aware of the work I'll do and it aligns well with my interest and expertise.
I have went through Blind posts on similar topics, but most of them are for US. If anyone can share a tentative estimate for following for Bangalore or India in general, that'd be great.
1. Expected additional RSU every year.
2. Expected hike and cash bonus for Staff with average and above average ratings.
If it helps, I'll be joining as Staff in one of the core teams (Modem/Camera/GPU) on the software side.
YoE: 9
Current TC: 30 LPA
Offered TC: 42L + 7L + $37.5/3
PS: I do not have any competing offers and already accepted above offer. So, I'm not looking for any advice on negotiating TC, but feel free to contribute, it might help someone else.

Annual Stock refreshs range between 25K - 37K US$, slightly more if you are a Staff Manager. There is annual bonus as well (0-30% of base, based on yours and company performance) .. Since the company is doing well, you can expect 10-15% per year (starting 2022 December)
Annual hikes are based on your merit rating. 8% would be minimum. It can be more if the Staff band moves towards right or if you progress towards your Senior Staff promo faster.
So when you get promoted you start from the beginning of that level and above that you get a performance hike, RSUs and bonus?
