I just graduated from my MS and going to join a company starting march. I have a dilemma
1- After spending 5-6 yrs in US on h1b or any other immigration visa do u think it's worth it ?
2- Do you think constant state of uncertainty have a impact on mental health.
Would like to hear any other positive/ negative feedback.
I graduated debt free so considering moving back to india immediately (or maybe after 2-3 yes).
Consider me your younger self, any advice will be appreciated.#h1b #perm #rfe

Only death and taxes are certain
1. America has the best tech jobs -period.No country comes close.Even working 5 years here will give you an huge leg up in terms of money and career growth.
2.Your aim should be to see how much can you grow your career in 5-10 years NOT whether you will get a green card
3. Yes immigration is easier in Canada, Germany, Australia etc but the jobs are just not worth it.Even in these countries it’s American companies which are a cut above the rest
