How's Ironclad?
How's being a SWE at Ironclad (Series D start up backed up by Sequoia and Accel)? What kind of tc do they offer to SWEs? (equity, base etc.) How are refreshers and promo/growth?
Their product seems to have potential.
Cool product. I know people on marketing team who are good. Unsure on your questions though.
TC is average, not FANG level but good. Good amount of options. Recently joined but promo/growth seems pretty good
Tc?
Not an SWE, but the company is outstanding. Lots of recent hires from Google and Salesforce. TC is lower than FANG but not a ton lower. Opportunity/growth is great.
TC and eng seem not good. I am also interested, but found no ex-fang joined recently.
