I have a call with Harness to discuss compensation details for Senior Engineer role. I don't see any data for Harness in Canada in levels.fyi. Does anybody know what to expect for their compensation to be in Canada? Current TC: 300k CAD YOE: 5.5

You’ll be getting ESOPs and not RSUs . Be prepared to pay a very high strike price.
How’s the current strike price? No data on equityzen to get a baseline. Also how are refresher grants. Is that yearly?
