Need help in evaluating an offer I received from Western Digital

I am being offered a role of Staff Firmware engineer (4YOE) .
Offer:
Job location : Milpitas, California
145k base
12% bonus paid out 6% per 6months
35k RSU
50k joining plus relocation.
Is this offer bad/decent/good and should I consider it or try interviewing at better companies.
TC right now 120k at Boulder,Colorado
