H1b revocation possibility??

If I get my H1b visa employer transfer #workvisa #h1b from my original sponsor(say A) to another employer(say B) in India and travel to US through B for the first time.

Now would there be questions/revocation from USCIS if I want to switch jobs here in the US for the reason that I did not use H1b with my employer A at all?
