Synopsys - Machine Learning Engineer

Does anyone know about the Machine Learning work they do at the Synopsys SCE team?

In the job posting, no experience level is mentioned but from what I've heard, the role is equivalent to R&D Engineer, II.

This job is based in Sri Lanka (where I'm from) and I've heard very bad things about the WLB at Synopsys. I would really appreciate someone's view about role (job scope, WLB, TC).
