I know this may sound like a stupid question but please hear me out.
When counting YOE, should I count from the point I get my first real non internship non research non-startup with friends job? Or should I count from the moment I graduated college?
I ask because from 2018 to 2020 (still in college) I worked in research during college as well as in a startup with some friends.
On January 2021 (I'd finished college) I got my first "real" full time job in a company.
Would my YOE be 4? (2018 - today) or 1.5? (2021 - today)
