      Based on TC, that seems like entry level. In that case the amount seems fine but could go higher if you have competing offers. TC is locked for the levels with minor variations to keep the comp ratio in control. Based on this, I would say your YOE does not fit the entry level. So skip the YOE and rest looks fine. The real discrepancy is how did 9 YOE end up in entry level...
