I got numbers for Google's L4 offer. This was after I told them about a competing offer from Amazon (L5). Microsoft has also given a verbal offer but no numbers, and I don't think they'll be high enough to compete.
For Atlanta with competing offers, is this a good offer from Google? I looked on levels.fyi and these numbers seem on the low end of L4, but this also isn't Seattle or bay area.
Y1: 264k
Y2: 244k
Y3/4: 221k/201k (subject to change based on refreshers and stuff)
Y1 breakdown: 153k base, 23k cash bonus, 20k signing bonus, 68k stock
Y2 breakdown: same but no signing bonus
Amazon's L5 offer is ~$245k for all 4 years, with their usual breakdown of heavy cash in years 1 and 2 and then heavy stock years 3 and 4. They've indicated verbally that they could go higher in TC, maybe up to 270, but Google wanted their written offer as proof.
Current TC: 150k
