Have onsite coming up with Visa inc . This is for their Atlanta location which is the new office with very few employees. I checked the team/interviewers and pretty much entire team is based out of different location. With the volatility in the market, I am thinking if Visa inc will be safe employer to join? This is not even Visa core, its a subsidiary company CyberSource. Especially since I would be new and remote, I am thinking of LIFO.
My current company is in pretty safe sector even though my TC is bad.
What are your thoughts about Visa inc?

I worked there for almost two years, really depends what you want to do. In PM it's very slow and you might not do actual PM work, more like technical specs analysis and talking to developers all day... Lack of focus on the client, the organization is too divided.
You won't get big RSUs upon entry anyway, so you don't risk much. You can purchase stock with 15% discount, up to 10% your salary.
