All the big firms are assembly lines. They have paralegals collect data and prepare cookie cutter applications which are then reviewed by lawyers at the last minute to make sure they are ok.
That's how all the big firms work, not only Fragomen. It's cost effective and it works.
The downside is it causes delays. If on that final review the lawyer spots problem they have to rework it which takes time. Also they do everything pretty last minute to try and maximize their efficiency. If they don't HAVE to file your doc for a month they will defer it to work on cases with more urgent timelines.
This is what you will get with any of the big firms.
If you want a more detailed personalized service with more lawyer bandwidth you need to pay more for that.
