I made some mistakes in investments and lost quite a lot of money compared with what I have.
I think I need to make more research and understand how I should invest and can retire early. Do you have any recommendations of what I should read to build my knowledge about how to invest wisely to retire early.
I am making like $170-$200k per year.

Look through these and learn what they mean. Then pick one that makes sense to you and tweak it a bit if you like. You don't have to reinvent, it is a well studied problem.
