How are the new travel related changes after Brexit influencing your decision to take a job in UK (London)?

I have seen a number of posts where people are applying to jobs in London from India, EU, US, and other countries. Also a lot of people must be preparing to apply in the future.
Does the travel related changes after Brexit made any impact on your plans to do so?
Are people already working in UK considering moving to EU in the future?

"Are people already working in London and Dublin considering moving to EU..?"
As majority of the comments has already mentioned Dublin does not come under UK, so there aren't going to be any changes after Brexit.
Why ?
Ireland although part of EU still has a seperate MOU with UK so an Irish citizen can still work in UK and also EU even after Brexit (No other EU country has this right from 2021)
Ireland salary are low but not as low as Berlin + if you are not German speaker your path to citizenship is not so good , (Ireland does not have a lauguage test like every other EU country for Passport)
If you plans are not to immigrate permanently , they choose London , higher growth trajectory , more companies , more startups and like a 5-8 year path to passport .
