Should I be rushing?

3 YOE, my TC is 🥜, but I’m studying leetcode, interviewing for practice, and lurking random threads.

I see a lot of ipo hype, and just overall hype to get the best TC possible, seems like I’m missing out on good $. So I’ve been applying to places that might have a good chance at $, since my end goal is really to take my family out of lower class.

First gen grad here, decent network but nothing at big tech, some guidance would be appreciated.
