I’m maxed out at Adobe for 2021 espp contributions,
Joining a new employer who has enrollment in November.
Can I contribute freely since shares will not be bought until next year. Alternatively Adobe will return some contributions (because I am leaving before purchase date), those should not count toward the limit, correct?
Also, what happens if you over-contribute?
Thank you

By the way how did you max out at Adobe if you left before year end? Don't they take a little per pay check.
