Call me a Zuck shill but I think Meta should be on this list vs unknown no-names like Elsevier and Estee Lauder Companies
Estée Lauder is definitely not a no-name….
What about nvidia ? I have never heard anything about it and was surprised to see at the top in blind pluse
The rankings are based on employee ratings, but what percentage of employees cared enough to rate their company? I for one didn’t, even though the Comparably bot pestered me in Slack.
I always thought that the people who rate their company are the ones generally unhappy with their company. For example a lot of complaints are made about working at Amazon by their employees on blind but the ones who enjoy working don’t rate it because they generally don’t have anything bad to say about it.
Is Comparably even legit
🤣
I thought Cisco would make wlb and benefits list, not pay though.
I worked at IBM before, how the hell is it so high on the list?
100% bullshit for RC. And probably paid promotion
Man based on these comments it’s hard to believe articles nowadays.
They definetely must have weighted the pay part low in this one.
