I’m in sales operations and I make $100K/year and $45K/year in commission so all in $145K/year. They just did a “leveling effort” and removed my commission, moved me to marketing and only raised my salary to $104K/year and gave me a 10% annual bonus so all in $114.4K/year which is ~$30K less a year and mentioned that they will not be considering people for any more merrit increases this year. Am I wrong to feel like I totally am getting screwed over here? How should I approach this with my manager?
*Note: our yearly reviews haven’t happened yet and my one year mark with the company is coming up in a few months.

Get your resume in order, contact your network, and good luck with your interviews.
Pro tip - life stages will change your priorities so what right today may not be what’s right in a year or two or ten. Embrace that. No job is permanent.
The straightforward answer with lack of follow up makes me think either you are not really panicking or you're having a total mental breakdown lol
Bring up the numbers to your manager and CC HR and other people. If they are not freaking out, time to find a new job. That's all you really can do. Good luck!
Generally, I’m seeing some inside AE (ISR) type of positions that look interesting.
What part of the wheelhouse in sales are you?
