business analysts in Tech companies, how do you like it so far/why?

I'm a BA at capital one (I know not a tech company!) and been enjoying it a lot so far. It heavily depends on the team / org, but I feel like my manager truly cares about me/team both professionally/personally and there's a lot to learn.
Was curious what BA experience/pay is like at other companies.

I think if youโd want to swap to tech, it may be good to internally transfer to the PdM job family and then go from there. Give you flexibility to apply to PM roles And also growth/BIE/BA
