The interview is really hard. Pay is the same band as that of Salesforce, you could try for LMTS that would get you close to 350k. SMTS won’t cross 300k so won’t be a big bump given your current TC. I’ve heard better refreshers at quip. Work and culture should be better than rest of Salesforce and MSFT

  Harder than Facebook atleast from when I gave it an year ago. I have not interviewed at Google yet, so can’t say much. Facebook is mostly leetcode medium with occasional hard, quip was the other way around.
