Five rings capital?
Saw in the other post that they pay 200k to new grads. Anyone have recent info on them? Did some googling and there’s this one old quora post that says there’s a lot of shouting in the office. Also on linkedin seems like many devs don’t stay for more than 2 years (i did advanced search, past company == five rings cap). Not sure if devs are treated well there?
I had an offer from Five Rings Capital as a new grad. The offer was the following: $150k base $100k target bonus $50k signing bonus People seemed to like the work there, and it seemed like they would have interesting problems to solve. 10-12 hour work days seemed normal.
2020 update: seems about right, except the base is 175 and signing is 25.

In addition to FuqBoi’s question, can you also comment on (if you know): 1. Wlb. Basically working hours, allowing wfh, taking time off? 2. TC progression 3. Are devs treated like crap? Lol
