Yeah I'm pretty sure the comp committee just want y'all to bag that 500k offers when the stock just down 70% cuz everyone wants you to buy the dip (that was sarcasm btw in case ur a retard). Can someone explain to me why everyone on Blind think they can just snag a job offer since stock price is low now?

This may shock you, but the stock market being down doesn’t mean jobs stop existing.

Doesn't really matter. Companies can buy their own stock back with cash when it dips, making them have more money in the future even when they still give stock out.

Stock grant pools are setup at fixed points, the cost of the pool is set at that point, if an additional pools is needed, it's established, and again, cost-basis is imputed at that time. Employee grant pools are off-set in taxes and time of definition so the company can reduce tax burden. If the stock price drops they get a bigger tax off-set at your award time. If they need more shares, they can do an offering (which dilutes shares, but that's another discussion) It's one reason they'd prefer to give you shares over money.

You seem very smart, maybe you’ll teach me why my org has more net headcounts (taking into accounts people leaving) now than before the stock fallout.

But if the stock price rises, the employee has more incentive/likelihood to stay. The higher investment yields a higher return. Inverse is also true.
