I got an offer from C3, I'm just a little worried about some things. Are the Glassdoor reviews paid for? They have a 4.6 despite having no work from home and multiple interviews implying bad WLB. Are they going to expect me to come to the office if I start in April? Some of my interviewers were already in the office.#

      Have never seen that over the time I've been here. They definitely encourage employees to leave reviews, but don't think they've ever offered any incentive to do so.

    Yes, WLB is not great at all. Yes, expect to me in the office 100%, unless San Mateo County is shut down.

    No, reviews aren't paid for, although of course employees are nudged constantly to go write them.

  • Half the people I worked with between 2013-2015 are still there. Outside of FAANG, this level of retention is rare.

      I have written bad reviews about a company, not mentioning any person's name,buy pointed out about Head of Engineering and the post was never published. This happened twice. Eversince, I lost trust in Gd.
