Help me decide which offer to pick. I’m told this particular team for TikTok has good WLB compared to the rest of the company (40-50hrs/week).

Would be great if you could comment on why as well. Thanks.

Update: thanks all for your responses. I ended up choosing TikTok. The cash portion is too good and I was given a level higher than my roblox offer.

Make sure that your team doesnt work with China. If it doesn’t, it should be fine.

Tiktok, top down, encourages poor wlb so take that into account when making your decision

Looking at the levels and mapping it to a standardized level (Google's), it seems like Tik Tok levelled you 1.5 levels higher.
