Riot games mid level swe

Hi, I interviewed for a senior software engineer position at riot, but they want to downlevel me to a mid level software engineer. I'd be willing to take the mid level but was wondering if anyone could shed some light on what the promotion process is like there? I'm hoping if I accept mid I'd be able to be promoted to senior relatively soon. Also looking for reviews from current engineers that work there. I'm particularly interested in the engineering culture there, will I be able to learn and grow, etc.
