I’m a UX designer with about 4 y.o.e and was offered a job as a Senior Product Designer at a very small startup. However, I’m also in the interview pipeline for three much more well-known companies (e.g Amazon, Starbucks) all for plain “UX Designer” roles.
What is going to be better for my career growth in terms of title/company? Do recruiters even care about titles or do the mostly pay attention to the notoriety of the company and experience? I want to make sure it’s easy for me to be recruited/find a job in a year or two when I’m ready to move on. As for compensation, the offer the startup has made seems pretty competitive and compensation isn’t the most important thing to me at the moment.
