Cpu and Perf architect position (senior eng level position - non core team)
AMD offer: yet to get (senior eng level) - arch team
Location: Austin
I have one final round left for an MTS position yet to be conducted (non arch team). Would love to get MTS but not sure if I can make it.
What do you guys suggest? Is there a way to bargain/negotiate my way into MTS position for the arch team? I really wanna be in an arch team. Also looks like from other posts on blind, it is not advisable to go to qualcomm non-core teams?
Current TC: ~140k
YOE: 5.5

Plus the non core cpu team in Qualcomm will only do gem 5 modeling to influence future ARM design - don’t think they have non core cpu RTL team to drive features.
