Like anywhere, it’s very team dependent. Dell as a whole does a great job looking out for employees I think. They offered 3 weeks additional sick leave for Covid weeks after the pandemic started. They even offer mental health days to be taken as part of sick time(called personal wellness days) now.

Much lower on the TC side vs Microsoft though, from what I’ve seen at least.
