Do you believe vaccines are generally safe?

Over the past decade+, we have seen the rise of various anti-vaccine movements across the globe. Most recently, Ukraine has been dealing with an outbreak of Measles which is, in part, attributed to the rise of an emerging anti-vaccination movement.

Nearly every reputable research institution unequivocally refutes (w/ evidence) the suggestion that vaccines are harmful, yet the movement continues.
